Importing User Accounts

Overview: Bulk Import 1000's of user accounts via a configurable up to 5 field comma separated notepad text file or up to 3 field TAB space separated notepad file.

A)       Comma Separated Field Notepad File Option:

• Bulk Import from 2 - 5 selectable fields.

• Fields can be in any order - First Name, Last Name, User Name Password, Full Name

Password Options:

1. Import file contains a password field

2. Auto generate a password - password will have 7 characters/numbers (no vowels)

3. Use User Name as password

4. Use a preset Group Password - All users get the same password

User Name Options:

1. Import File contains a preset User Name

2. Auto generate User Name - requires First & Last Name import fields and user name format is selectable

Sample File A: Full 5 Fields ( Can be in any order - Import Order is selectable)
(First Name, Last name, Full Name, User Name, Password)

John, Doe, John Doe, jdoe, password
John, Doe, John Doe, jdoe1, password1
John, Doe, John Doe, jdoe2, password2
 

B)       TAB Separated Field Notepad File Option:

• Bulk Import from 2 - 3 selectable fields.

• First Two Fields can be in any order - First Name<TAB Space>Last Name or Last Name<TAB Space>First Name

• Option Third Field - User Name

User Name Options:

1. Import File contains a preset User Name

2. Auto generate User Name - requires First & Last Name import fields and user name format is selectable

Password Options:

1. Use User Name as password

2. Generate Random Password

3. Use a preset Group Password - All users get the same password
