Configuring Windows 95/98 Workstations for Logon

Copy the Kixtart© files to the Workstation

Copy the win9xwksta.exe to a blank floppy disk  from  drive:\mysanity\aeprofile folder or find the server in Network Neighborhood and open the folder named aeprofile .  (Explorer --> Tools--> Map Network Drive --> i.e: f:   \\servername\aeprofile) and run the file there called win9xwksta.exe or from the floppy.  This will make a dir called kix and copy all the Kixtart© files and winset.exe to c:\kix to the Windows® 9x workstation. If you have an updated version of Kixtart® then you will need to replace these files in this folder on the workstation  the later version Kixtart® ones manually on each workstation later.
