At the end of a
term or year you may want to a delete a specific list of user accounts from a
group. This can be done in a very short time using the Import List feature in
the Account Management console in mysaNiTy.
1) Click Import List in the Delete Users
section.
2) Click Import to import an ASCII text
file that contains only the user names for the accounts you wish to delete.
You can manually enter/edit the list you wish to use using the add and remove
features shown below.
3) Click Delete Users to delete these
users from this group.
·If any users on the list
are not contained in this MysaNiTy group you will be prompted to stop and
remove them from the list or continue and attempt to delete the user anyway. If
the account exists in a different group the account will not be deleted.
